Check the temperature where it matters: inside the food. The ThermoPro TP-03H is a digital meat thermometer for quick temperature checks when cooking or grilling. Its stainless steel probe folds out for use and tucks back into the housing for storage.

The LCD has a backlight to help you read the temperature in low light. If the display is awkward to view while measuring, press the LOCK button to hold the reading, then move the thermometer to a comfortable position. You can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, and the thermometer remembers your last selection.

A calibration function lets you adjust the thermometer when needed. The magnetic back and hanging hole give you two convenient ways to keep it close at hand. Rinse the housing under running water to clean it, but do not immerse it. This model is intended for spot checks: remove the probe from the food after reading the temperature.
